Host a house party.
Are you ready to host a small gathering where friends, neighbors, and community members can meet Joel in a relaxed, personal setting?
Hosting a house party gives people a chance to hear directly from Joel, ask questions, and learn what his campaign is all about.
How does a house party work?
The format is simple. Guests mingle for a bit, the host gives a quick welcome, and then Joel speaks about the race and takes questions. Afterward there is time for conversation and anyone who wants to get more involved can sign up. They usually last an hour or so.
As a host, what do I need to do?
Provide the venue. A living room, backyard, or community room all work!
Invite your network. You can invite friends, neighbors, coworkers, family, or community members who might be interested in getting to know Joel.
Provide refreshments. The refreshments can be whatever you’d like to donate. It can be anything from coffee to catered. It’s totally up to you!
We’ll help with everything else. We’ll provide an RSVP link, talking points, and campaign materials. A member of Joel’s campaign will attend to help.
Do these events really work?
Yes! House parties are one of the most effective ways for voters to connect with Joel. They build trust, grow the campaign’s local base, and help spread the word person to person.
If you are interested in hosting, we make it easy and support you every step of the way!
